"Les trois derniers folios ont une disposition différente, avec une réglure correspondante: aux fols 121 v- 122r: les trois premières et les trois dernières lignes forment un bloc de 22 mm de hauteur et 160 mm de largeur. Les 23 lignes du milieu sont écrites en rectangle étroit, de 25 mm de large seulement. "La réglure du cahier n° I et du premier folio du cahier n° II est différente de celle des autres cahiers. Elle a été tracée à la pointe sèche, sur le côté fleur. Il y a neuf lignes verticales: une ligne double du côté extérieur de chaque colonne, une ligne simple du côté intérieur, une ligne simple additionnelle au milieu de l'entrecolonne, une ligne additionnelle dans la marge extérieure et une ligne additionnelle dans la marge intérieure de la page. Les lignes horizontales ont été dessinées pour la totalité du texte. La première et la dernière ligne horizontale sont plus longues et traversent toute la page. Les autres lignes horizontales ont été tracées pour les deux colonnes ensemble, et elle traversent l 'entrecolonne. Il y a trois lignes horizontales longues additionnelles dans la marge inférieure et deux dans la marge supérieure." (Olszowy-Schlanger, 2003)
