"Le document mentionne explicitement l 'Angleterre comme son lieu de rédaction: «tout ce que j'ai depuis que je suis ici, en Angleterre». Le document n'est pas daté, mais son terminus ante quem, l'an 1202, suggéré par Z. Entin-Rokéah, est assez certain, puisque c'est la date de la mort d'un des personnages mentionnés dans la liste, William de Chemillé, évêque et responsable des archa des juifs sous Richard Ier. Son nom apparaît trois fois dans le document. Au fol. 1r il y a une ancienne cote selon le catalogue de Bernard, n° 1600, W. C. 1. 10, ainsi qu'une inscription en latin par une main moderne: Liturgia Hodierna Judaeorum Hebraice. La reliure est moderne, en cuir marron." (Olszowy-Schlanger, 2003)
